Our employees are part of a global family who work together to provide the best solutions for our customers.We have a current opportunity for an Automated Welding Machine Operator at our Menomonee Falls facility.You will be responsible for welding (manual and automated welding machine) and fabrication of custom weldments.What You'll Do:Read fabrication blueprintsAccurately read measuring instruments and production instructionsFabricate custom weldments per print using both wire welding and stick welding processesDemonstrate proficiency with both oxy-fuel and plasma-cutting processesDemonstrate safe welding and shop practicesOperate automated welding machine – load correct materials into equipment, set up proper programs into controller, maintain correct parameters for high-quality weldsOther tasks as definedWhat You'll Bring:1 year of automatic welding machine operating experienceMinimum of 1 year of production welding experience1 year of job shop experienceWelding certificate/degree preferred
