Automatic Silk Screen Operator (6-Color)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Automatic Silk Screen Operator to run our 6-color
automatic press. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end screen printing process—from high-precision
multi-color setup to high-volume production and quality inspection. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude,

Key Responsibilities
- Press Setup: Set up and calibrate our 6-color automatic press, including registering screens, adjusting
squeegee pressure, and setting stroke speeds.
- Production Management: Run high-volume production jobs efficiently on automatic equipment while
maintaining consistent print quality.
- Multi-Color Registration: Align complex, multi-color designs perfectly across garments and textiles to
prevent bleeding or shifting.
- Quality Control: Inspect prints continuously during high-speed production runs to catch and correct
defects instantly.
- Tear-Down & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the automatic press, clean screens, and
safely break down jobs for the next run.
Required Qualifications
- Automatic Press Experience: Proven experience setting up and operating a multi-color automatic
screen printing press.
- Technical Skill: Deep understanding of mesh counts, multi-color registration, squeegee/floodbar
adjustments, and flash curing.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional eye for detail to maintain color accuracy and print consistency during
fast-paced runs.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift production materials in a dynamic shop
