You'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required); Master's or MBA preferred

7+ years in automation, manufacturing preferred

Strong Siemens PLC and TIA Portal skills

Comfort managing several projects at once with shifting priorities

Benefits: a fully funded pension on top of a 401(k) with a 5% dollar-for-dollar match, medical, dental and vision, tuition reimbursement, company-paid disability and life insurance, 12 paid holidays plus vacation and sick time, and relocation assistance from the Nashville area.
