Job Summary
Lead Physical AI project delivery across design, analysis, programming, and integration of robotics, automation, technologies, and processes related to equipment and tooling for applicability to programs and products.
Education & Experience
Typically requires 3 -8 years of experience. College or university degree required
Responsibilities
Lead complex engineering tasks in design, analysis, modification, and integration of automation systems
define validation strategies and develop test plans
drive root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions for reliability improvements
ensure documentation accuracy and configuration control
mentor junior contributors and promote standardized best practices
coordinate cross-functional implementation and readiness for deployment
maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
advance continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies to optimize performance and efficiency
Skills/ Ability Generic (High Level)
Demonstrate proficiency in automation principles, robotics, and control systems
apply advanced problem-solving techniques and analytical methods
communicate complex technical concepts effectively and maintain precise documentation
utilize statistical tools and data visualization for decision-making

institutionalize standards and continuous improvement practices
collaborate across functions to ensure integration and operational readiness

The pay range for this role is $87,300 - $157,200.
