Job description
Marvin is seeking an Automation Controls Supervisor to lead a team responsible for designing, programming, and maintaining automation systems that power our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee PLC and HMI development, troubleshoot production equipment, and drive continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and efficiency. You’ll partner with engineering, maintenance, and operations to implement new controls solutions, standardize platforms, and support capital projects. As a hands-on leader, you’ll mentor technicians, manage priorities, and help shape the long-term automation strategy in a people-first, safety-focused culture.
