Job description
The Automation Engineer will lead the development and implementation of automation frameworks, focusing on API testing and cloud-based solutions.
This role requires strong expertise in Java, RestAssured, SQL, and AWS, and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks.
Conduct extensive API testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Utilize Java and RestAssured for robust and scalable test automation.
Apply SQL for database validation and verification.
Leverage AWS Cloud services for cloud-based testing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of software solutions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in API testing and automation.
Strong proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with RestAssured.
Proven ability to build and implement automation frameworks from scratch.
Solid knowledge of SQL for effective database validation.
Familiarity with AWS Cloud environments and services.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of performance testing and monitoring tools.
