Job description
Regeneron is seeking a Senior Manager, Automation Engineering to lead a team of Automation Engineers and Supervisors at our Rensselaer site. You will drive reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing automation systems in a GMP/GxP environment.
You will coach and develop staff, manage priorities, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Engineering, and IT to resolve issues and implement changes. On-call rotations are required.
