Job description
Duly Health and Care is seeking an Automation and Experience Analyst to improve patient access and call center operations through technology-driven solutions. The role reports to the Executive Director of the Call Center and is based in Downers Grove, IL.
The ideal candidate will manage automated assistance, build relationships with clinical leaders, maintain knowledge bases, and drive data-informed improvements across Epic and Five9 platforms in a collaborative, physician-led environment.
