Job description
Genentech is seeking an Automation Lead to identify, design, and deliver automation across finance to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls. You will balance strategic roadmaps with hands-on delivery, including release management and driving adoption, while building scalable, reusable solutions with embedded controls.
The role requires coordinating with Finance, IT, Controls, Data, and Governance teams, with a base in South San Francisco, CA.
