Job description
Lilly IT is seeking a senior Automation Portfolio leader to accelerate autonomous support by owning the automation portfolio, prioritizing use cases, and aligning with stakeholders across operations, SRE, and engineering.
You will define governance, adoption plans, and measurable benefits, translating service data into value stories and executive scorecards while guiding delivery teams to realize sustained improvements in user experience and reduced manual effort.
