Job description
Optimus-Steel-LL is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to assist process engineers, supervisors, and plant management in optimizing electrical and process automation systems. The role focuses on continuous improvement, leveraging best practices, and acting as a change agent to maximize technologies and implement new solutions in the production location.
You will coach production and maintenance staff, coordinate across departments, and drive improvement initiatives with senior supervision.
