Automation Project Manager
Are you ready to lead high-impact automation projects across industries like pharmaceutical, chemical, and food & beverage? We\'re seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager to drive success across multiple initiatives, working with cross-functional teams and top-tier clients.
What You'll Do
Lead diverse automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing internal teams.
Apply project management best practices to drive efficiency and excellence.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, schedules, and risks.
Ensure all project deliverables are met and lead successful project closures.
What We're Looking For
6+ years of experience in automation, control systems engineering, or a related field within life sciences, chemical, or food & beverage sectors.
Bachelor\'s degree in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing, or engineering technology.
Strong grasp of project management principles (PMP certification preferred).
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
2+ years of people management experience, including performance evaluations.
