Job description
Groundswell is seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead in New York to lead a team of test specialists across system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing. You will translate complex requirements into clear test objectives, develop the overall test strategy, and drive continual improvements in testing cycles and security reviews.
The role requires 5+ years of testing experience, Agile/Safe/ICAgile familiarity, and IT-II clearance.
