Stokes Toyota Hilton Head - Bluffton, SC
Stokes Toyota Hilton Head is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Accounting Clerk to support our dealerships financial operations. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
support the other accounting clerks /post and process deals new and used car deals.
sending payments to lenders for vehicle payoff.
calling lenders for title updates
warranty cancellations and submissions.
Assist with month-end close
Qualifications: Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred, if not will train the right candidate
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Professional dependable and team-oriented.
We offer a competitive compensation based off of work experience. This a full time position that will require meeting deadlines. Included in the full time position is medical, dental, vision, 401k benefits, PTO and paid holidays.
