Job description
NAPA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to partner with the Store Manager across operations, sales, inventory and labor planning. You will actively handle counter sales, coordinate deliveries, supervise team performance and ensure daily routines run smoothly.
The role is designed as a development path to a Store Manager, with overtime and keyholder responsibilities as needed. You will coach the team, monitor KPIs and uphold safety and asset protection in a fast-paced environment.
