If you have an eye for detail and want to work in a high-energy, positive atmosphere, we want to talk to you.What We Are Looking ForWe are expanding our administrative team and looking for detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerks who thrive in a fast-paced environment. While automotive dealership experience is a huge plus, we are willing to train the right candidate with strong general bookkeeping or administrative skills.Role Type: Full-time; Monday thru Friday 11am to 8pm every other Saturday 8am to 5pmKey Traits: High accuracy, and strong organizational skillsKey ResponsibilitiesDeal Billing: Accurately process and bill out new and pre-owned vehicle deals, including payoffs, warranty registrations, and DMV paperwork.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Department, F&I Managers, and the Accounting Office to ensure a seamless vehicle delivery process for our customers.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Prior experience as a Dealership Biller, Automotive Billing Clerk, or strong office administration/accounting background is helpful but not required.Tech Skills: Computer literacy with strong 10-key/data entry accuracy;Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy with numbers, data entry, and paperwork.Communication: Professional, positive, and clear communication skills with customers and coworkers.Adaptability: A punctual, dependable nature with the flexibility to handle a dynamic, energetic dealership floor.Why Join the Banks Team?Competitive pay plan commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package (for full-time employees)Supportive, family-oriented management teamRoom for growth within our multi-brand dealership groupNo phone calls, please.
