Customer Service And Business Development RepresentativeVW of Inver Grove is looking for Customer Service and Business Development Representatives. We also focus on bringing our customers the latest technology and creating a unique vehicle buying experience.Job Description:Contacting and communicating with customers to identify automotive needsBuild rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer networkAnswer a high volume amount of inbound callsSet appointments for service customersContact customers to confirm appointmentsProvide information on service incentivesMust make outbound callsJob Requirements:Great customer service skills & motivation to be successfulExcellent phone presenceBe able to create and maintain customer relationshipsStrong computer & phone skills (ADP, Outlook, Excel)Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience preferredGreat communication skillsAble to multi-taskBi-lingual is always a plus!Team playerHourly rate starting at $20 plus commissions
