Job description
Cox Automotive seeks an Automotive Estimator/Auditor II Specialist to evaluate vehicle condition, repair estimates, and reconditioning costs across our remarketing and retail platforms. You will review digital inspections, verify repair line items, and audit estimates for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Cox standards. Partner with operations, sales, and client teams to explain findings, manage disputes, and optimize vehicle profitability. Use estimating software and data tools to benchmark repairs, identify trends, and improve processes. This role supports a collaborative, people-first culture focused on integrity, quality, and continuous improvement.
