Entry Level Accounting AssociateMills Automotive Group is seeking an entry level accounting associate for a full time position for our Jaguar Land Rover and Ford Lincoln locations in Columbia, SC. Applicant must demonstrate good administration and organization skills.We Offer:Health, dental, medical, vision after 60 days401KPaid time offResponsibilities:Tag & title assistanceScanning and filing documentsInventory entryInternal deal auditsDeal checklist validationOut of state title preparationLien payoff preparationMSO and title tracking and follow upUsed car purchasesSupport office personnelMaintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts for wholesales, dealer trades, lien payoffs, etc.Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assignedRequirements:Proficient with standard computer software and accounting softwareExcellent customer service and communication skillsBasic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functionsPositive attitudeHigh attention to detailExcellent organization skillsPrevious dealership experience is a plusWorking knowledge of title processes is a plusNotary public is a plus
