Automotive Diagnostic Technician | $35-$45/hr | 40-Hour Guarantee
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Norwood)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $35-$45/hr
Pay Type: Flat Rate with 40-Hour Weekly Guarantee
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician in Cincinnati, OH. Earn $35-$45/hr flat rate with a 40-hour weekly guarantee, no weekends, paid training, and strong benefits. This is an A-Level opportunity focused on advanced diagnostics and repair of Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting
Diagnose electrical, drivability, engine performance, HVAC, brake, steering, suspension, and transmission concerns
Use factory-level diagnostic equipment, Autel, Autologic, and OEM scan tools
Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric
Perform accurate, high-quality repairs and communicate findings with service advisors
Maintain an organized and safe work area
Qualifications
7+ years of professional automotive technician experience
Strong automotive diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience servicing Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
Proficiency with advanced diagnostic equipment and OBD-II scanners
ASE Certifications preferred but not required
Tekmetric experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$35-$45/hr flat rate
