Automotive Diagnostic Technician | $33.80+/HR + Bonus | $100K–$150K+

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:30 PM | Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $33.80+/hour base + bonus
Pay Type: Hourly + Bonus
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: $100,000–$150,000+ annually

About Super Service
Super Service is seeking an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician in Aliso Viejo, CA who wants advanced diagnostic work, strong vehicle volume, and production-based earning potential .
The shop services 100+ vehicles per week and provides a structured environment with advanced diagnostic, ADAS, and alignment equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced automotive diagnostics, including electrical and drivability diagnostics
Diagnose vehicle concerns using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment
Complete automotive repairs efficiently and accurately
Maintain quality workmanship in a high-volume environment
Maintain 100%+ production output
Support an efficient, production-focused shop workflow
Qualifications
2+ years of experience working at an A-Level Automotive Technician skill level
Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
Proven ability to maintain consistent production
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume automotive repair environment
Own professional automotive tools
ASE Certifications preferred
High-volume shop experience preferred
