What You'll Do
Lead dealership operations to maximize profitability and performance
Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing management teams
Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and employee engagement
Monitor financial performance, inventory, and operational efficiencyPartner with executive leadership to achieve company objectives
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Deliver long‑term business growth while exceeding manufacturer and company goals
What We're Looking For
3+ years of successful Automotive General Manager experience
Proven record of dealership leadership and profitability
Strong financial, operational, and team development skills
Results‑driven leader with high integrity and professionalism
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Passion for developing people and delivering outstanding customer experiences
