Job description
Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager in Bloomington, IN to drive store performance, profitability, and exceptional customer service. You will lead a diverse team, oversee inventory and operations, and build relationships with Professional customers while ensuring store standards and profitability.
The role requires 50-55 hours weekly, with 11-hour shifts and rotating nights/weekends, and opportunities to influence strategy and customer experience.
