Job description
Advance Auto Parts in Ocala, FL is seeking a General Manager to inspire our team, support Customers, and grow the business with integrity. This exempt, full-time role requires 50–55 hours weekly, with 11-hour shifts and rotating nights/weekends.
You will drive sales, manage Professional Customer relationships, oversee inventory and operations, coach Team Members, and ensure financial targets and service standards are met.
