Job description
Advance Auto Parts in the United States seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, grow professional customer relationships, and drive sales with integrity. The role requires understanding of store systems, automotive parts, and DIY service delivery, plus a 50-55 hour workweek and rotating nights/weekends.
You will hire and coach team members, manage inventory and safety, and ensure financial metrics are met. ASE certification is preferred but not required; flexibility in staffing needs.
