Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager in Cleveland to drive store sales, build Professional Customer relationships, and lead a dynamic team. You will manage hiring, development, and coaching while ensuring exceptional service and store standards.
The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and hands-on operation with DIY and professional offerings. A valid driver’s license and ASE familiarity are preferred; Spanish language skills a plus.
