nAutomotive General Service Technician – Hiring Now | AAA Club Alliance
nAAA Club Alliance is actively hiring a General Service Technician to join our team! If you have hands-on experience with basic automotive maintenance and want to grow your career in a fast-paced shop, we want to hear from you.

nWhat We Offer:
nnnCompetitive Pay: $18.00 – $25.32/hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

nnSchedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays are often required). Sundays off every week, plus one other day off based on business needs.
n
nnTraining & Growth: Paid training, Paid ASE Certifications & opportunities to advance into higher-level technician roles.

n nYour Impact as an Automotive General Service Technician:
nnnMount, balance, and install tires.
n
nnPerform maintenance services including oil changes, fluid flush and replacement, belt and hose replacement, battery testing and replacement, and general automotive repairs.
n
nnConduct visual vehicle inspections and document findings.
n
nnMaintain and clean shop equipment, including emptying and servicing portable fluid drains in accordance with shop guidelines.
n
nnContinuously build automotive knowledge and technical skills to support future career growth.
n
nnOther duties as assigned.
n
n nWhat You’ll Bring:
nnnBasic knowledge of automotive systems; familiarity with PC-based diagnostic tools a plus.
n
nnPrior automotive maintenance or repair experience strongly preferred.
n
nnValid driver’s license strongly preferred.
n
nnStrong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
n
nnAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
n
nnAuthorized to work in the USA.
n
nnAbility to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).
n
