We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Internet Sales Appointment Coordinator to join our team and help us grow.About the Position: The Internet Sales Appointment Coordinator is responsible for managing online leads, setting qualified appointments, and ensuring each customer has a smooth, professional introduction to our sales team. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role that is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people and thrives on achieving results.Key Responsibilities:Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries, phone calls, texts, and emails.Build rapport with customers to create trust and encourage them to visit the dealership.Set qualified sales appointments and confirm details with customers.Keep accurate records in CRM of all interactions and follow-ups.Proactively follow up with customers who have shown interest but not yet scheduled.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and great customer experience.Consistently meet daily and weekly contact and appointment goals.Qualifications:Experience in customer service, call center, or sales coordination preferred.Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and text).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic computer programs.A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic.What We Offer:Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses.Health, dental, and vision benefits.Paid time off and holidays.Training and professional development opportunities.A positive team culture in a growing automotive group.Schedule: Full-time; evenings and weekends may be required.Pay: Competitive hourly rates plus monthly bonus.
