* $100K annual pay potential (based on mechanic experience and qualifications)
* Earn $20 - $45 hourly pay (based on mechanic experience and qualifications)
* Flag rate compensation with 40 guaranteed hours every week
* Average 45 - 61 flagged hours weekly

What Our Automotive Technicians Do:
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles for safe, reliable performance

Automotive Technician Requirements
* Mechanic must have at least 2 years of experience in automotive repair or 2 years of hands-on training in automotive maintenance
* Mechanic must possess a valid driver's license
* Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
* Automotive Technician must have experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, steering, suspension, and general automotive maintenance
