Now Hiring: Highly Motivated Automotive Service Technicians
We are seeking experienced, factory-trained (or factory-trainable) Bumper-to-Bumper Service Technicians who take pride in high-quality work and thrive in a flat-rate environment. If you are efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering strong productivity across diverse repairs, we want you on our team!
Position Highlights:
Flat Rate Pay up to $50 per hour for qualified, high-efficiency technicians
Efficiency bonus plans available.
Diverse and steady work mix: Warranty, Customer Pay, and Internal (used car reconditioning)
Modern, well-equipped shop with strong manufacturer support
Responsibilities:
Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing
Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs
Repairs automobiles and light trucks as assigned
Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs
Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
