Automotive Dealership Office ManagerWe are always looking for great people. If you are an experienced Automotive Office Manager, we want to talk to you. Qualified candidates should have a full understanding of the daily facets of the dealership.Job Responsibilities:Preparing Dealership financial statements in accordance with established timelinesInterpret and analyze the Dealership financial statementsBank ReconciliationApprove adjustments to inventory, COS and expense accountsProcess payroll/Administer payroll policiesCoordinate and prepare reconciliations for all accounts and physical inventoriesAutomate all possible systems and establish controlsMaintain and post monthly standard entriesWork with office staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasksReconcile all accounts prior to month endAssist in completion of annual reviews and auditsComplete end-of-month accounting reports as assignedPrepare a daily cash reportSet up and maintain accruals for expensesRun and review expense trend reports monthlyDemonstrates behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliersAdheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standardsRequirements:Two years of experience in a dealership management positionWorking knowledge of dealership financial statementsAbility to explain technical financial information in an understandable mannerExcellent communication skillsWorking knowledge of accounting office positionsProfessional appearanceBenefits:Compensation is based on experience.
