Part-Time Automotive Office Manager
We are looking to hire a Part-Time Automotive Office Manager:
Must have experience in the Automotive sector.
Very relaxed atmosphere.
The Office Manager is responsible for exercising sound judgment regarding the dealership's overall financial and office workflow.
The Office Manager is the key dealership employee for managing accounting tasks and related policies and procedures at the dealership.
Perform weekly payroll and submit to third party for processing.
The Office Manager is responsible for processing sales paperwork and ensures compliance with other financial activities and projects including Taxes, human resources, Bank payoffs, and familiarity with schedules and journals.
Experience of office environment is necessary for this position.
Flexible hours, 3 to 4 days per week.
