Germain Ford Quick Lane Technician Opportunity

What You'll Do:
Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes and tire rotations
Inspect vehicles and needed maintenance or repair before they become bigger problems
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors on recommended services or delays
Team up with the parts department to get the components you need, fast
Take part in manufacturer-sponsored training to sharpen your skills
Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
Operate tools and equipment like a pro
Provide quality repairs and excellent customer satisfaction
