Automotive Parts Counter Clerk
The General Store, a locally owned department store in Spokane, WA, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Parts Counter Clerk to join our team. As an Automotive Parts Counter Clerk, you will assist customers in finding the right products, offer add-on sales, and maintain a clean and organized department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure outstanding customer service by proactively assisting customers and resolving issues
Keep track of merchandise and assist with special orders
Maintain a positive work environment and assist in general operations
Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Assist with training associates within the department
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Automotive parts knowledge absolutely required, with retail automotive parts sales experience a plus.
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb
Starting Pay: $18.50/Hour
