Shift Into Your New Role as a Parts Counterperson:
Lincoln of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified, dependable Auto Parts Counterperson for our busy department. Candidate will sell parts and accessories to wholesale and retail customers, interact with our Service Department, and maintain the highest possible customer satisfaction index. Individual must be able to multi-task while being efficient. Position will report to the Parts Manager.
Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:
1 Year of customer service experience, automotive experience a plus
Computer literate to work in CDK daily with training
High school graduate/equivalent
Satisfactory employment references
Pass background check
Preference may be given to individuals with: CDK experience; electronic parts catalog
Strong attention to detail per past employment
Manufacturer experience
Working knowledge of parts and service
