What You'll Do
Own the parts sale from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing
Work with the Parts Manager to locate parts not in stock and place special orders
Keep customers updated on order status and notify them when parts arrive
Back up the counter and stocking roles as needed
Communicate with teammates and customers in a friendly, professional way
Follow all safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
A customer-first attitude and the drive to learn
Strong organization and time management in a fast-paced setting
Comfort with computers and technology
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Auto parts experience is a plus, but not required
No parts experience? No problem. We hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability.
