Location: Levittown, NY Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday) Earnings: $50,000 – $80,000+ (Salary + Commission + Bonuses)

Automotive Parts Counterperson Responsibilities
As a Parts Counterperson, you play a key role in dealership operations and customer satisfaction:
Assist customers and technicians with automotive parts sales and inquiries
Accurately identify and specify parts and accessories
Process parts orders, returns, warranties, and core charges
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Answer phones promptly and assist customers professionally
Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
Cross-sell parts, accessories, and product lines
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
Support inventory management and stocking
Work closely with service and sales departments
Qualifications
Previous automotive parts experience or dealership experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of automotive systems and parts lookup processes
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable using dealership software (CDK or similar a plus)
Reliable team player with a professional attitude
