Our Parts Manager will assist the Reconditioning Manager and oversee the Parts department.What You Will Do:Oversee the Auto Parts operations for the dealershipInteract with the Service Technicians to coordinate parts for vehicle reconditioningOrder parts from suppliers based on the Reconditioning Department and Technicians' requestsReceive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when neededTakes inventory and maintains records of parts receivedProcess parts warranties and parts returns as necessaryMaintain stocking levelsReporting when needed and as appropriateWhat We're Looking For:Automotive industry experienceHave a general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operationsStrong computer knowledge, including spreadsheets, word processing, data entry, and inventory systemsStrong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills requiredProven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow up consistentlyStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to take ownership of the details, large and smallDecision-making that demonstrates good judgmentWhat We Offer:$50-70k annual income potentialHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401K with company matchPaid time offAccess to leadership and personal development programsCasual dress codeAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
