Job description
NAPA Auto Parts in Utah seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach team members, and maintain strong customer-facing sales responsibilities. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure inventory health, scheduling alignment, and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Expect to drive key metrics, support safety and loss-prevention programs, and mentor successors for growth while managing counter sales, receiving, and delivery coordination.
