Job description
NAPA Auto Parts in Sonoma, CA, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations while maintaining strong customer-facing sales responsibilities. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure execution of sales, inventory, and service standards, coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer care.
The role is designed as a developmental path toward Store Manager, with possible overtime and keyholder duties. Strong automotive knowledge and leadership are essential.
