Job description
Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for a Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts store in Alma, AR. This role oversees sales, profitability, purchasing, budgeting, and personnel management, while providing direct customer service and taking orders in person and by phone.
The position requires managing staff, ensuring compliance with laws, and promoting sales programs to boost store performance. ASE certifications and prior management in auto parts are preferred.
