Ensure all payroll deductions are correct.Electronic filing of taxes each payday to comply with time restrictionsPosting EFT transfers into accounting. Reconcile payroll bank accounts monthly.Create payroll reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly, miscellaneous) and pay items as needed.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S., have a valid driver license and professional appearance.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A high school diploma and knowledge of bookkeeping procedures is a must. The ability to use 10-key and other office equipment, including computer and computer accounting software. 2-4 years of previous applicable work experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office productsCOMPUTER SKILLS: Inventory Control Software, internet, Microsoft Office ProductsPHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
