Job description
Rolls‑Royce Motor Cars is seeking a Performance Specialist Engineer to optimize vehicle and manufacturing performance for our ultra‑luxury automobiles. You will analyze test data, refine powertrain and chassis performance, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure outstanding ride quality, reliability, and efficiency. Partnering with design, production, and quality teams, you’ll define performance targets, validate prototypes, and resolve complex issues. You’ll champion craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement while leveraging BMW Group tools and methods in a highly collaborative, detail‑driven environment.
