Job description
Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Plant General Manager to lead a major automotive manufacturing facility. The role requires hands-on leadership across production, quality, safety, and engineering with a strong focus on delivery and profitability.
You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and P&L, and ensure ISO compliance, customer requirements, and robust quality systems are in place.
