As a key brand ambassador, you’ll guide customers through the exciting features and innovations of BMW vehicles, ensuring they feel confident and inspired every step of the way.
nWhat You'll Do
nnnServe as a trusted expert on BMW technology, features, and performance
n
nnSupport the sales team before, during, and after the sale to enhance the customer journey
n
nnConduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and assist with test drives
n
nnCollaborate with Sales, Service, and other departments to ensure a seamless experience
n
nnTroubleshoot customer concerns and provide tech support when needed
n
nnUse digital tools and video presentations to showcase vehicle configurations
n
n nWhat You'll Bring
nnnPrevious experience in a product specialist or customer support role
n
nnStrong communication skills—both verbal and written
n
nnTech-savvy with the ability to explain complex systems clearly
n
nnProficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic software tools
n
nnValid driver’s license and clean driving record
n
nnAutomotive industry experience preferred but not required

nCompensation: The Hourly Wage for this position is: $15 - $18
