Job description
Coplas Inc. seeks a Quality Team Leader to ensure production quality on the midnight or afternoon shifts. You will supervise, train, and guide the team to uphold the ISO9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires supervising quality on the shop floor, performing inspections, and maintaining controlled documents. You will collaborate with maintenance and production to resolve issues and ensure safe operations.
