Capital Ford of Raleigh Quick Lane Technician
Capital Ford of Raleigh is looking for a motivated and dependable Quick Lane Technician to join our fast-paced service team! Whether you're just starting your automotive career or already have experience performing routine maintenance, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills with one of the area's leading Ford dealerships.

What You'll Be Doing
Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
Replace air filters, cabin filters, windshield wipers, and batteries
Check and maintain fluid levels
Mount, balance, and repair tires
Inspect brakes, belts, hoses, and other vehicle components
Recommend additional maintenance or repairs based on inspection findings
Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous automotive maintenance or Quick Lane experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Basic mechanical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Team player with excellent communication skills
