Automotive BDC Representative / ReceptionistLocation: M&F Auto SalesAbout the Role M&F Auto Sales is seeking a professional, outgoing, and goal-oriented BDC Representative to join our team. This is a phone-focused position. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and able to maintain a friendly and professional presence with every customer interaction. Our BDC department serves as the connection between our customers and sales team. Your primary focus will be contacting leads, following up with customers, setting appointments, and helping drive traffic into the dealership. Previous automotive BDC experience is strongly preferred.ResponsibilitiesMake consistent outbound calls to new and existing customer leadsFollow up with customers by phone, text, and emailAnswer incoming calls professionally and assist or direct customers as neededManage and respond to internet leads and customer inquiriesSet, confirm, and follow up on sales appointmentsMaintain accurate customer notes and activity within the CRMWork closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments and customer follow-upRe-engage older leads and customers who are still in the marketProvide a professional, friendly, and confident presence over the phoneAssist customers who enter the dealership as neededPerform basic administrative dutiesMeet individual and department goals for calls, contacts, and appointmentsSupport the sales team and BDC department as neededWhat We're Looking ForComfortable making a high volume of outbound callsStrong and professional phone presenceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFriendly, outgoing, and confident personalityGoal-oriented and motivated by resultsOrganized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-upsReliable and able to work well in a fast-paced dealership environmentStrong customer service skillsTeam-oriented attitudeRequirementsPrevious customer service, receptionist, call center, or sales experienceAutomotive BDC experience preferredCRM and lead-management experience is a plusAutomotive dealership experience is a plusBasic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize follow-upKnowledge of automotive terminology is a plusAbout M&F Auto Sales M&F Auto Sales has proudly served the Albuquerque and surrounding communities for over 20 years.
