As one of the first people our customers meet, you will play an important role in creating a positive dealership experience.If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoGreet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional mannerProvide excellent customer service to customers, guests, and employeesProcess customer payments by cash, check, and credit cardCalculate customer bills and process repair orders using the dealership's computer systemAccurately issue receipts and provide change when neededReconcile cash, checks, and credit card payments at the end of each shiftDirect customer questions and concerns to the appropriate Service Advisor or departmentHandle customer concerns with professionalism, integrity, and poiseAssist with general clerical and administrative duties as neededMaintain a professional and welcoming reception areaWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service and communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentComfortable handling cash and processing paymentsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust be authorized to work in the United StatesAbility to complete pre-employment screening, including background check, MVR, and drug testWhy Join Sheehy?We don't take a "one-size-fits-all" approach to our employees' benefits.
