Job Full Description
Are you detail-oriented with a knack for customer service? As a Collision Repair Estimator, you'll assess vehicle damage, create accurate repair estimates, and guide customers through the repair process from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage
Create detailed and accurate repair estimates
Communicate repair timelines and costs to customers
Work closely with technicians and insurance companies
Update customers on repair progress and answer questions
Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
Deliver a positive, professional customer experience
